Travel & Tour Policy

Tour Details:

The actual itinerary may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local circumstances, government regulations, or other unforeseen situations.

Transportation:
Transportation arrangements are subject to availability. Vehicle type, pickup and drop-off points, timings, and routes may be changed when required due to operational or safety reasons. Customers are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the driver, guide, or tour coordinator.

Accommodation:
Where accommodation is included in a tour package, hotels or other accommodation will be arranged according to the package selected and subject to availability. Hotel facilities, room availability, check-in/check-out timings, and other conditions are subject to the respective property's policies.

Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information and carrying the necessary identification documents and personal belongings. Customers are expected to follow applicable laws, safety guidelines, hotel rules, and instructions provided during the tour.

Health & Safety:
Customers should inform Vaigai Tourism in advance about any special travel requirements or conditions that may affect their journey. Customers are responsible for taking appropriate precautions regarding their personal health, safety, and belongings during travel.

Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances:
Vaigai Tourism may modify, reschedule, or make reasonable changes to a tour or itinerary when circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events affect the planned arrangements.
By confirming or participating in a tour arranged by Vaigai Tourism, Madurai, customers acknowledge and agree to follow the applicable travel arrangements, safety guidelines, and terms communicated for their selected tour or service.
